 Welcome to the electronic version of AHF's Directory of Participating Hospitals, Physicians, Physical Therapists and Chiropractors. It has been divided into small sections for easier viewing. The categories are listed in the right-hand column of every page.

In each section, AHF's participating providers are listed in alphabetical order by CITY and then by SPECIALTY. First, locate the city name and then browse through the specialties within that city.
Select a provider and call for an appointment. Be sure to identify yourself as a member of your specific Trust Fund and Affiliated Health Funds.
Be sure to ask if the provider is still part of the AHF Network.
If you have any questions, please call your Trust Fund Office. They are there to assist you. They will also be able to provide you with any new AHF providers added to the AHF Network since this Directory was prepared.
